On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Anyone else experienced this health status?

High CPU occupation
Unstable network for audio
Unstable network for video

But when we check the actual utilization, all levels are within threshold.  This only started today.

Hey @chadtabigue, first I would look into your Zoom settings to ensure nothing under Video or Audio is enabled that increases CPU usage or bandwidth usage.

  • For Video > Advanced > and see if checking 'use hardware acceleration for receiving video' helps.
  • For Audio > uncheck > Show in-meeting option to enable "original sound" as if enabled the options listed below which can increase CPU usage and network bandwidth
  • Check Task Manager to see Zooms overall performance and close any program application task that maybe also open consuming overall CPU usage.

Also, check out our troubleshooting steps when using WiFI --> support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362463

Hope this helps!
