Cannot find my Survey Results

I recently ran a series of dialogues on Zoom (between July and December), each one had a survey and in all cases, most of the participants said they had completed the survey, but I cannot find the results?

I have followed the steps on Zoom but came up with nothing!

Does anyone have any advice for me please?

Hi @karicousins! 

Can you confirm that you have account owner/admin privileges or that you are a user with access to usage reports that allow you to view and download reports?

What do you see when you go to Zoom Web Portal > Account Management > Reports > Meeting Report >  and select report type to be Survey Report?
