Is there a way to have a live video stream in a virtual background?

It can be a windowed section in a background and or the full background.

Learn to use OBS Studio. This will accept multiple live streams that can be arranged in a layout. With NDI plugin added OBS Studio can output to Zoom just like a webcam via NDI webcam tool.
