Hello to all, when we use the interpretation option, the sound of the original voice (not translated) is very low. Is there a way to have it at normal level ?
So far, the only solution is to mute and unmute the translator when is talking and not talking. In so doing, the original sound stay loud. But it is not user friendly. Anyone has a better idea ?
Thank you very much

we have been experiencing the same issue since last year, and it seems Zoom hasn't really paid any attention to similar posts on this topic, unfortunately

Hello @fdfd and @mrwennnnny
I apologize for the late response and any inconvenience caused. The current design is intentional to ensure seamless operation, especially during interpreter sessions, thereby minimizing any disruptions.
