Integration with Zoom with Hospital Information System

I'm RV one of the I.T here at National Kidney And Transplant Institute, we are planning to integrate Zoom Web Meeting to our Hospital Information System to expand our services to our patients.

This is my concern right now. I need to place a value on these variables.

ChatGPT is not updated well enough to answer this. If you are not competent with writing API software, just use Zapier, pabbly, or other already-written API software.
I know they work, and I use them all the time, but I would think the problem is having the authority to connect the data to your hospital system, given privacy concerns.
