Hello, please, I would like to know if there is a possibility and what solution to integrate the Zoom platform with a database or Excel spreadsheet which will contain the emails of the members of a study group, that is, if the participant is included in the study group he will be able to participate in the meeting, otherwise he will not have access to the meeting link. We currently perform this procedure manually in 15 individual study groups, which have an average of 20 to 30 participants and there is a rotation of members of each group. We access the Excel spreadsheet and cross-reference the information with the emails registered in the Zoom meetings to find out if the participants are part of that group or if they have already given up participating. Thank you for your support and attention.

Yes this can be accomplished using APIs. You would want to extract participant information and your database interface would let you view meetings, registrants, participants and filter by session or study group. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that can turn your Zoom registration and participant reports into a database that you can easily sort through to determine who is registered and participating.

Thank you for your feedback and attention. In my current case I have participant lists and emails in Excel which are constantly updated. I would like Zoom to have integration with the Excel spreadsheet for each group and be able to identify and "read" the Excel cell containing the participant's name and email and add them to the meeting. If the participant's name is not included in the Excel spreadsheet, Zoom will not send the meeting access link. Today we do this work manually and in addition to taking time checking each member, we have to enter them manually. Grateful.
