During a zoom call I am muted and want to stay muted, but a pop up keeps displaying every few seconds informing me that I am muted. Is there a way to disable this pop up to prevent it from happening?

This has been a frustration for many for a long time - unless I'm mistaken, disabling this feature is currently not possible - please submit a new feature request to Zoom.

One thing to note is that the alert pops up when audio activity above a certain threshold is detected on you mic / audio input device while you're muted in Zoom. If you switch to an audio device that fully mutes its signal before hitting the zoom application (via an external button or HID mute-sync), you won't get these messages.
