On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

The Logitech c920 pro camera stopped working. There is a video in the standard application. The camera has been granted permissions. Zoom is the latest version. The driver was updating the camera. What should I do? The camera may have stopped working after the Windows update. What to do?

Have you:

1.) Rebooted

2.) Connected the camera to a different USB port

3.) Removed the camera from Device Manager and then refreshed to add it back

4.) Disabled/enabled the camera in Device Manager

5.) Ensured any other applications that have access to the cam's video feed (including Logitech's utility) are closed before launching Zoom, as not to 'hog' the camera?
