In your case it is going to be in this fashion, only the organizer needs a professional account to avoid the 40-minute meeting limit
you can create the conference with your free account and then assign organizer privileges to the participant who has a professional account. This way, they can start the meeting and avoid the time limit
Zoom focuses on the account type of the meeting host, not the participants.
So, as long as the organizer, the person who schedules and starts the meeting has a professional account, the meeting duration won't be restricted to 40 minutes

This sounds good. But I have a specific scenario that isn't exactly answered. Maybe you can help?
I book the call on my Pro account. I start the call. Several people join, but all have Free/Basic accounts.
Question: if I make a Free account the host, then leave the call, will the call end at 40 minutes, or continue?
