I want to limit the “multiple choice” functionality by only allowing students to choose 2 of 4 options ?

Hello There, 

The Zoom Poll doesn't allow you to specify 2 out of 4, however you can enable "advanced polls and quizzes" and set up the question as a quiz, this will allow you to specify which of the options are the correct ones for your students to answer.
