Neither I nor my students can access our zoom class space when we click on this link...

https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88095712973

Meeting ID: 880 9571 2973

We get an error message...

"Unable to join this meeting This meeting ID is not valid.

Please check and try again."

@Dean_Walker - The meeting is definitely not showing up in the system.  How long ago did you book it, and did you book it directly through Zoom, or through a different application?

I. Generated the new link a week or so before the breakdown.
I generated it in the Events area of my Mighty Networks space.

A support ticket would need to be opened to see what happened.  As the meeting doesn't exist now, I am thinking that Mighty Networks deleted it for some reason during the create process, but the engineering group would need to look at logs that I don't have visibility to see the complete history.

My students in China cannot open their class link in Zoom Workplace.  They are receiving a message that assumes they are a Zoom business account.

Is it their browser blocking them?

Do you know any that work in China?

@debbrown2 - Do you have the specific error message they are receiving?  Chrome is the recommended browser, or using the Zoom client is even better, but I don't know what message would be saying they have a business license that would block them.
