I can't start a class

Hello, until last Thursday I just sent the link to my students and they would enter the class. However now they say there is a message saying that I am in another meeting, and the students' requests to enter never appearr to me. How can I solve this?

It sounds like you sent them a link to a different meeting id. Double check the link.

I am having the exact same issue and it is so frustrating. I have been a Zoom user for years and this only started to happen after the latest update. Any help would be appreciated!

It's possible that you are using a different meeting link than the one you intended to. To check this, you can go to your web profile, navigate to Settings > Meetings > Schedule Meeting, and check the "Use Personal Meeting ID (PMI) when scheduling a meeting" toggle.
