How to save In-Meeting Security Settings

I am hoping there is a way to save the in-meeting security settings so that they carry over to each meeting that is created. I attempted to create a Meeting Template but the in-meeting security settings went back to default. Currently, for Allow Participants to:, I only want to enable Chat, Rename Themselves, Unmute Themselves, and Share Video. It is a bit of a pain to have to open up each new meeting and manually uncheck several boxes right off the bat.

I also need to be able to change the default Meeting Security Settings.  It is crazy to have to wait until I am in the meeting to change these.  

Is there a way to either change the defaults or make the selection when I schedule the meeting?
