It is something not feasible to record and playback within the same session.

Hello,

This is not currently possible using  the Zoom meeting client . Zoom recordings need to transcode to be viewed and the transcoding does not begin until the meeting ends.

if you were to hold two Zoom sessions - one to record and the next to critique it could work.

Another way you might achieve this is by using a non Zoom application to screen record your screen. This would probably require a lot of system resources so you would need a pretty powerful computer.
