How to make people agree on the meeting rules before they are allowed to enter the meeting?

I would like to make people actively agree on a set of ground rules before they enter the meeting, for example in waiting room. Does anyone know how to do it?

You could include ground rules when sending out the Zoom invitation as a solution or include in the registration form. There is also a marketplace app, Salepager, that lets you send Zoom invites with a customized description that can include ground rules.

Hello Mactan,

Sorry, there are no features that meet your needs, but I will send a request for it to Zoom support.

Additionally, you can address this in an alternative way. In the waiting room description field, you can write a message to inform users of your rules, and by entering the meeting, they will automatically accept the rules ex "By entering the meeting, you agree to these ground rules".

Please click "Accept as Solution" if you found this helpful.

Best regards,

Firas
