On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

How to have multiple people being able to view usage reports

Hi, I am trying to figure out a way for myself and my team to be able to all access usage reports from training meetings that we conduct on a regular basis.  The goal is to be able to track the list of participants by name.  However, we have an enterprise license at my company so I don't have admin rights to grant usage report permissions to my team.  Has anyone had this issue and if so, are there any good workarounds?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @DDavis2.

The "school solution" for this is to set up a new Role, and assign that role to everyone that needs access.  See this Zoom Support article for guidance on creating new roles:

Let me know if you need additional guidance.
