How to enable disable background noise suppression on mobile or tablets

Does anyone know how to "disable noise suppression" and enable the "Original Sound" for Mobile Phones and Tablets?  It seems as though there's an automatic "Background Noise Suppression" and I don't know how to turn it off.

I have a Zoom account, but this would have to work for those who do not have a Zoom Meeting account.  or is that feature only for those who have a Zoom account?
