I recorded it, she thought it would be emailed to me and it has not been.  Is there any way I can access this?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @annks.

You don't say whether the host recorded on the Zoom Cloud or Locally on her computer, but either way, you are not automatically granted access.  For a Cloud recording, the host must provide you the URL to access the recording.  For a Local recording, the host would need to put the file on some sort of cloud storage (YouTube, Vimeo, DropBox, OneDrive) and provide you the link to it there.

So... you need to work with your meeting host to get access from her.
