Hello Robert,
You will need an app called Warmly, that integrates with your zoom meetings.
https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/vkBX54brQ0-iiSGtEx33vg
You can sign in to add the app. Here's more about integration:

Is this the only way to do this? There's no way to create a background/foreground of your own design and use it in the same fashion?
I am unable to use Warmly.ai with my Zoom account - my admins do not permit it.
I feel like there must be some other kind of solution?

Hi Robert,
Understand. In that case, You may need to do some editing. Here are some free virtual backgrounds by Zoom: https://explore.zoom.us/en/virtual-backgrounds/
You may be able to edit tools like Canva to add the desired text to it.

I have and use Canva as well - nothing seems to be working correctly

Hi Robert,
The foreground texts are inserted by the Warmly app so my suggestion was to position the text on top of the screen or on side so its visible to participants. Other than Warmly zoom offers virtual backgrounds which I shared with you. Hope that helps

Hello,
There are two ways to do this;
Software like OBS, Vmix, Mimolive, Ecamm and others can add onscreen graphics to your Zoom camera using a virtual camera as your Zoom camera.
Hardware like video switchers can add backgrounds through chroma keying and on screen graphics like lower thirds using downstream keying. The hardware would be your camera in the Zoom app.
Black Magic Design, Ross, Newtek, Roland are some examples of companies that have hardware solutions.
