On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Conversion already "in progress"

Slight disaster: I've just recorded an online interview, but now my computer won't convert the Zoom files. I'd never recorded anything on Zoom before -- in the old days, I did all my interviews in person -- so I don't know what to do. When I click on Meetings/Recorded, I can see the 2 files (it was in 2 parts), but when I click on convert, it tells me that another conversion is already in progress and to (basically) try again later. As far as I know, there's no other conversion in progress... so I can't go any further. I've also given Zoom "permission" to do all this (security etc) but that hasn't helped either. And I've tried signing out of Zoom, resetting, etc. But no use. Can anyone help?  Thanks!
