How to Check My Past Meeting Participation Time on Zoom?

I joined a Zoom meeting and would like to check the exact time I participated. I have a free Zoom account and did not host the meeting.

I’ve checked my account settings, but I couldn’t find a record of when I joined and left the meeting. Could anyone guide me on where I can find this information?

Participant time is logged by the host. You would need to ask the host for that information.
