How do I turn off being restricted from sharing on my own zoom calls?

Help!  I log on to my zoom and I can share my screen.  The moment someone joins my zoom session I get a notice that I'm restricted from sharing my screen.  When I try to share my screen I get a notice, "You are restricted from sharing in this meeting?  How do I turn this off?
