How do I setup a Green Room?

We have Zoom Rooms, can I setup a Green Room for this? If so, how please?

Where am I meant to get some info on how to do this?  There is nothing I can find on the zoom support site, I have attempted to phone zoom support 3 times, on hold for over 30 mins, hung up on each time after being verified but still nothing, just crazy!
