How do I change the default meeting duration from 30 minutes to 1 hour?

Currently when I create a meeting, the default setting is to have the meeting run for 30 minutes. The vast majority of meetings I book are 1 hour in duration, so I have to adjust this every time I set a new meeting.

How do I change it so that the meetings will be 1 hour be default? (i.e. a meeting that starts at 10 am will end at 11 am by default, instead of 10:30 am, as it does now)
