How can NVDA or screen readers read content shared on screen using remote access feature

We are trying to  find a solution regarding how can a visually impaired person can access the content shared on screen using screen readers like NVDA or zoomtext or other screenreaders
Is there an already existing zoom feature for the same or any other solution.
