Hosting a meeting - basic issues

Hi, is it possible for me to host meetings with zoom with a simple link that I always use for all my clients, and just send it to whoever I want without specifying a time anywhere and I just let in people from the waiting area as they arrive?

I thought this was what I was doing but it often doesn't always work.

*Sometimes the participants tell me there is a time on the meeting (that I don't know how to delete)?

*Or they see a message saying 'waiting for the host to start the meeting' despite me already being there.

*Othertimes I get an email saying he participant is waiting for me to join, despite me being in the zoom meeting alone already.  Then I log out and use the link in the email which seems to work eventually but is unprofessional.

Can anyone help keep this extremely simple for me?  Jen

This is all supported by using your Zoom Personal Meeting ID (PMI). They are very quick to start, and they keep the same link for anybody to use.
