Host issues when scheduling Zooms via Calendly

Which settings do I use to set up a Zoom meeting via Calendly so that Attendees can automatically join without needing me as a Host to let everyone in?

Forcing a Passcode in Calendly Zoom meetings is not done in Zoom, it’s done (mostly) in Calendly.  See this support article on the Calendly site:

I personally don’t like this approach, since it requires a Passcode for all Zoom meetings. But if you’re okay with that, this should work for you.

Thank you, Ray! Is there an easier way to not have a passcode at all? I'd rather not have to attend these meetings, if possible, with my bosses.
