On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Help & Support articles do not apply to Linux versions :-(

Hi, I run Linux Mint 19.3 and I've been looking for help on two Zoom topics:

1) You are supposed to be able to use the space bar to un-mute temporarily - does not work for my version of Mint.

"Lots of suggestions say to "click on your profile picture"  and select the right option.  On Linux Mint 19.3 all I get is my Name, username and 'Logout'.  As a result lots of options are unavailable.  See the attached screenshot, any suggestions?

Many thanks, Electron1948

Hi @electron1948 thank you for your post here on the Zoom Community! In case it helps you may not have this information, the release notes page for Linux

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/205759689-Release-notes-for-Linux

If there are features and/or documentation that you would like to see (sounds like there definitely are) we would really appreciate your input. Currently, our product team reviews all feature requests submitted via our feedback form https://zoom.us/feed. It would be great if you could take a few minutes to post your requests and explain how it can help you, your business etc. We really thrive on user input and you could help influence the Linux versions of Zoom into the future!

If this has answered your question to your satisfaction, at least as much is possible right now, please click the "Accept as Solution" button below but if not please reply and we can continue the  discussion. Thank you!
