I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing video transmission issues in your Zoom conferences. Here are a few additional troubleshooting steps that you can try:
Check your internet speed: Even if your internet speed is sufficient, it's possible that there may be network congestion or other issues affecting your connection. You can use a speed test tool to check your internet speed and make sure it's consistent with what you are paying for.
Check your network hardware: Make sure that your LANCOM router and DrayTek Vigor modem are both compatible with your internet service provider (ISP) and that they are configured correctly. You may also want to try connecting your computer directly to the modem to bypass the router and see if that improves your connection.
Check Zoom settings: Make sure that you have the latest version of Zoom installed and that your video settings are configured correctly. You can try adjusting the video resolution and frame rate settings in Zoom to see if that improves the quality of your video transmission.
Contact your ISP: If you have tried all of the above steps and are still experiencing issues, it may be necessary to contact your ISP and request additional support or assistance. They may be able to diagnose network issues and provide guidance on how to improve your connection.
I hope that these suggestions are helpful in resolving your video transmission issues in Zoom.
Good luck!
