Hello, I need HD quality in my meetings, I also need mobile phone cameras to be seen in HD and in 16/9 ratio and not 4/3

If you are an admin or owner of a Pro account then you can request to enable the Standard HD 720p on your account. But if you are an admin or owner on a Business account and above then you can request to enable the Full HD 1080p on your account.

Standard HD and Full HD needs to be enabled by Zoom, you need to reach to their Zoom customer support through chat or email to request for these to enable.
