Hi there,
I often have private meetings with clients back-to-back, but I use my personal meeting room for all of them so that my clients only have to keep track of one meeting link. I have been starting to enjoy zoom meeting summaries but I would like to be able to generate separate meeting summaries for the separate conversations I have with each person (even though this occurs within a single zoom "meeting"). Does anyone know how to do this?
Here is the scenario:
Here is the issue and some relevant facts:

Thanks for any help!!

Perhaps you can help. I have the same set up as you. I stay in my personal room, and people come and go. However, the second person can see the name of the person I'm meeting with, even though they're in the waiting room. Do you know how to disable that. It would even help to turn off peoples names in general. They don't need it. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same problem now with AI summaries. Different clients come and go within the same Zoom meeting, but it all comes up within the same summary.

To create separate meeting summaries per client meeting you will need to use different links for each client. The next client could join the waiting room for the upcoming meeting until you hop on. This would create more friction when it comes to sharing the link so it comes down to what is more important to you. If you need want to organize all the Zoom links in one place and automate sharing the correct link with each client there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you manage different Zoom links for different clients and join from one place. This would create separate summaries for each client and help reduce the friction of keeping track of different links.
