Gathering info before entering a meeting

Thanks in advance for any help...

We'd like to offer a Q&A via Zoom and just publish a link for anyone to join in (no registration necessary); however, when they do show up to join the Q&A, we'd  like to collect some info from them before they are allowed to enter (things like their name, email, nationality, whatever)... Is this possible and, if so, how can I do it?

HI @efranulovich

Registration is what you would use to collect that sort of information in Zoom directly. Otherwise, you will need to send them to an outside polling service, to capture that information, after they join the meeting.

Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.
