My wife does this too!  She's also very busy and doesn't have much time, but she does some great stuff.  Check out her blog and her first YouTube video.

 

I saw your original post and am curious how you solved it.  Would you mind sharing?

 

My suggestion was going to be to Screen Share, but the issue there is that the iPhone won't easily share the full screen view of the camera.  It's easy to share a USB camera from a Windows PC, but doing it on the iPhone/iPad has always been elusive for me.
