On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Forgot to record record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately

In an important event, I recorded to cloud. I forgot to turn on "Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately". As the slides are shared all the time, the speaker view is always at the corner. Is it possible to recover such separate views after the meeting? This is really important for me. Thanks!

Sorry, @Luke_Liu. If you haven’t selected certain recording options in advance, it’s not possible to generate them after the fact. It’s possible to edit the files you do have using Adobe Premiere Pro, for example, but the result likely won’t be as clean as you’re hoping.
