Hi

 

Having tried to install the Fathom AI Notetaker App, I was added to a waiting list. However, it has now been weeks, so I think maybe somthing has gone wrong with my installation?

 

Does anyone know what the current onboarding lead time is?

Hi @KrisjaLow! I know it has been a while since you initially posted, but I wanted to check in and make sure everything is good on your end. Have you been able to access the Fathom AI Notetaker App?

I'm a Zoom premium user and have been using Sonix AI to get transcripts of my meetings—paying for this separately. Is Fathom AI Notetaker included with my Zoom premium subscription? If not, what does it cost? Please let me know and thanks.
