Help!

Last week it was working. It was freezing when I would go live with zoom and facebook. But now I can't even get on to facebook to go live. I haven't done anything different. My computer did do an update. Do you think that caused it. It says to sign in first which I do and it still doesn't work. Can anyone help me.

Can you please check to see if there are any 3rd party extensions blocking the live stream configuration page in your browser? If so, please disable and try again.
