I have this problem
I tried to join zoom meetings with my Cisco Codec Plus p60 but i get this error message:
"The meeting you are attempting to join requieres SIP/H.323 Endpoint to have encryption enabled. Your device either does no have encryption enabled, or does not support the minimum encryption system requirements."
Anyone else has happened?

1.) Have you been able to join Zoom meetings with this codec previously? Is this a new setup?
2.) Is this particular meeting a meeting on your company's Zoom account or on an external account?
If it's hosted on your own account, please check to see if the following setting is available (via Account Settings):
If it is, you'll need to check the encryption settings on your Cisco codec to make sure that they comply.

Thank you for your answer, let me respond your questions.
1.) Have you been able to join Zoom meetings with this codec previously? Is this a new setup?
Yes, i can join Zoom meetings with this codec, since the last year. Is not a new setup.
2.) Is this particular meeting a meeting on your company's Zoom account or on an external account?
If it's hosted on your own account, please check to see if the following setting is available (via Account Settings):
With my particular meetings on my company´s Zoom account i don´t have this problem, this problem occurs yesterday when i tried to join an external Zoom meeting.
In our Zoom settings i have disabled the setting
"Require media encryption for 3rd party endpoints (SIP/H.323)"
In my codec i have disabled the encryption options.

Great, thanks for this info.
It would appear as though the account hosting the meeting you were attempting to join does require encryption, which is why you are not experiencing any issues joining internal meetings, where this requirement is waived.
If you are able to contact an admin for that account to confirm, this would be helpful. But if the error is to be believed, let's assume that this is the case.
So, in order to join these meetings in the future, you'd need to enable encryption (generally advisable anyway, unless you have a specific reason not to) on your Cisco codec. You will not need to enable the setting on your Zoom account if you don't wish to.

By default, Zoom encrypts in-meeting and in-webinar presentation content at the application layer during transit using TLS 1.2 with 256-bit AES GCM encryption algorithm for the desktop and mobile clients.
