Enable request remote control

I recently upgrade to a Zoom license in order to be able to use the remote control option for users at my job. However, when a user shares their screen, I don't see that option. I have looked at all the settings and turned on what, I think, is necessary and what another licensed user has, and can use the remote control option, but it still doesn't appear. What setting or option am I missing?

This feature is only valid for certain devices. What device and OS is at the other end?
