The community, I already enable the embedded passcode on my zoom meeting ID and link, sometimes on the other side (the participants) inform us that they need to enter the passcode when they try to join the meeting. Many of them successfully joining by reentering the passcode, but some show incorrect passcode.
Is it happen considering on update the zoom app on the device or anything else?

Hi... This issue should not be happening & I haven't heard of these issues. I'd suggest raising a ticket with Zoom support providing meetingID/date/time to find out exactly what was the reason.

Have you figured this out yet? I just submitted a ticket to Zoom - I have several people with the same problem. They are all using iPhones and iPads so I'm curious if it's specific to iOS.

Not specific to iPhone or iPad although that is where it first occurred. Also happens on PC with Zoom client. Just updated client to newest version and it still happens. This is really critical.

The only solution I have found to this is to use Google Meet. Sadly.
