Installed zoom 5.9.3 on my new thinkpad. Cant see participants video.

I installed zoom 5.9.3 on my new Thinkpad. During meting cant see participants video. However can hear the instructor and other participants voice. Please help

    im assuming the instructor is the Host. is it possible that the instructor has enabled Focus Mode? Focus Mode you see the host but you don't see other participants.
