Downloaded MP4 file does not have visual/image

HI I recorded the meeting on cloud and then when I downloaded the files, the video file has no image. It is fine on the cloud and also can be shared via the zoom cloud. Any suggestions how to get the full MP4?

I solved it. Not sure why but I upgraded the zoom version, and downloaded again. All the previous versions can play now, so it has got to be some zoom update? anyway problem solved. Thanks
