why cant i use blur virtual baground in BASIC ZOOM MEETING . I even tried by making a new account many times and updating but blur baground is not comming as a option in virtual baground option

Have you confirmed that you are on the correct version of Zoom? Also, be sure that your virtual background settings are correctly enabled.

Please login to your account and navigate to Admin Portal => Account Management => Account Settings => Virtual Backgrounds.

If you are not an Admin, you can check your settings by logging in then navigating to Settings under your Profile Menu then In Meeting (Advanced) per the attachment.
