I have desktop Windows with intel core ultra 7 165U and Windows 11 Pro. I got "Your device does not support Virtual Backgrounds" error when I try to select a virtual background. Looks intel core ultra 7 165U is not on Zoom Virtual Background system requirements list, but it is more powerful and newer. Does anyone know why it does not support virtual background?

From the specs, a very capable, multi core processor. Perhaps as it is a new naming scheme, ZOOM doesn't see it as a high end processor?

@UC_at_LPCH @CliffCorcoran @VirgilZoom Can you upgrade to the latest version and retry? Ultra processors support virtual background with the latest Zoom client.

Great news! Looks like the latest Zoom update fixed the virtual background issue for Intel Core Ultra processors. I just updated and it's working for me now.
