Hi guys!
We have a licensed account and run classes over Zoom and we normally have to log in and make our tutor the host of the Zoom call at the start of the session. If we created a Basic user on our account could we have them start and host their classes while retaining all of our licenses features (unlimited minutes etc)?
Cheers
Lucas

What you are wanting to do is called designating the tutor as an Alternative Host. which allows someone to start the meeting as the meeting host in their place. This is done by assigned another user on your account as this person, but it requires both users be licensed, so adding the tutor as a Basic user will not work.
