Do Virtual Backgrounds work on Windows 11?

I'm looking into getting a new computer and would like to be able to use virtual backgrounds. 

 

Windows 11 is not mentioned here, so I assume it's not supported, right?

I just got a new computer and it has  windows 11 and the virtual background does not work
