Hello,
I would really appreciate your help to resolve this issue. My camera has been freezing constantly while I attend Zoom meeting when using my IMAC computer. I had researched the issue on internet and ensured that I had enabled my camera and audio for Zoom and that I allowed Apps downloaded from App Store and other developers. This was happening when using the Zoom 5.9.1.(3506) version. I just decided to download the new version (oops, did not note the version number) today, and have not tried it to see if that will resolve the issue.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. I had to use my phone for Zoom meetings and it does not work well for me.

Hi Bri,
I still have the problem of the camera freezing constantly while participating in a zoom meeting from my IMAC. I had a 2 to 3 hour support session with Apple to ensure all was working well with my computer, and unfortunately it did not resolve the issue. Does Zoom staff or specialist have a suggestion? Should I go to an earlier version? Any suggestions or tips? My camera works well with other platforms (Video messenger, FaceTime, etc.).

Hi Bri and all,
I attended a Zoom meeting yesterday as a participant and unfortunately my camera did freeze about 4 times during the one hour meeting. I am now using the Zoom version 5.9.3 (4239). Any advice to correct this issue once and for all? Any hypothesis as to potential causes?

I attended another Zoom session this morning and the camera kept freezing constantly. Very disruptive to me and all participants. Just annoying. Is it something with my computer, with internet? Thanks.
