Hello,
Does anyone know how to completely disable the Continuous Meeting Chat feature in Zoom Admin? I found the option to turn it off at Settings > Meetings > Schedule Meeting so I disabled it but it is still active/enabled by default when creating a new meeting.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing difficulties disabling the Continuous Chat feature. From your post, i am guessing that you already followed these steps either at a User or Account level.
Without looking into the settings of your account it is a bit tricky for us to say exactly what is happening. It might be that the setting is enabled for the meetings that were scheduled before you switched it off. In any case, I suggest that you reach out to our Customer Success Team (***********) so they can look into your setup and help you address this matter.
