I have a user who is a delegate for multiple people. For example, User = Delegate is a delegate for both User A and User B in both Zoom Admin and Exchange365 for User A and User B mailboxes.
The Delegate is working in Outlook with the Zoom Outlook Add-in. Intermittently, when the Delegate schedules a meeting in Outlook for User A from User A's calendar, the meeting appears correctly on User A's calendar with User A's meeting codes. However, the invite email goes out to all invitees with text stating that User B has invited them to the meeting.
This discrepancy was not visible when the meeting was created. Once the invite is sent, it cannot be edited. The meeting has to be canceled and recreated, causing multiple unnecessary emails and making my client appear unprofessional.
Do you have any suggestions as to the root cause of this issue?
