Custom Registration Fields - can't find Question tab

I have PRO Zoom, and have read the articles here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/211579443-Scheduling-and-customizing-a-meeting-with-regist...

 

Yet - there is no "Question" tab at all, at the top.  Please see screenshot attached.  Am I missing something?  Is this no longer available?

Yes, I think you are missing something. What kind of licence do you have?

 

Please note the prerequisites;

Prerequisites for scheduling meetings with registration

Make sure that you click on the Edit link in the registration options  tab;
