I can not start a zoom meeting with the code 2216

can someone help me fix it

Hi @ thank you for your post here on the Zoom Community! Is it possible to provide a little bit more information to help us help you? 😀 Such as

- what type of device and operating system are you on? Windows, Mac, etc?

- are you trying to start the Zoom meeting by clicking inside the client or are you clicking a link maybe in your Outlook calendar?

- at what point do you see this message? Could you maybe even provide a screenshot?

Hi. I am experiencing the same problem. I am on a Mac. Tried both Safari and Google browser. I have tried to schedule a zoom meeting via an LMS called CANVAS. Please see pic of the error message and advise. Thank you.

Were you able to resolve it? I'm having the same error through Canvas but I've used Zoom many items for different meetings outside of Canvas with no problem

Also experiencing the same problem.  MacBook Pro- Ventura 13.1.  Brand new machine (yesterday).
